This study found the Computer Fear Syndrome was not very serious, though some factors did affect users' behavior. Computing innovation with the current employees is possible and encouraged for management policy. The management of publishing media was concerned about the Computer Fear Syndrome (CFS), which assumed current employees with certain characteristics would produce poor behavior with computing work and barricade the new technology innovation. Thus, this study attempted to: 1. Discover how the employees are related to the CFS. 2. Provide suggestions for the management policy.
